Around 4-7 working days (West Malaysia); 6-9 working days (East Malaysia)

• For each parcel if it is overweight, "overweight fee" will be charged MYR 100 (per parcel)
  Note: For ABX shipment which more than 25kg will be charged overweight fee (per parcel)

If a customer buys valuable items (worth more than MYR 500), LumahGo recommends the customer to buy insurance. Once the parcel is lost, LumahGo will pay full compensation according to the quotation, otherwise all are compensated according to the terms of claim for parcel.
"Insurance fee" is the total price of items x 2% to 4% (depends on items value & category)

Note 1: To buy insurance, please send the product information + pictures to customer service. We will send it to the airlines for review; Once the airline accepts the insurance, we will deduct the amount from the customer's account.

Note 2: Mobile phone, laptop are considered high value items. The lost compensation will not higher than 80% of the item's value. (For mobile phone, there will be additional MYR20 charges)

Note 3: Lumahgo will not give any compensation if receiver has been blacklisted by custom.
