1. Free registration to become a LumahGo member

2. Obtain your own Forwarding Address
Click here to check on your Forwarding Address.
3. Send your items to your Forwarding Address
Choose the country you are shopping, and send your items to the corresponding address. You will have different addresses according to the country and shipping method you wish to choose.
Everyone has their own UNIQUE code. Remember to fill in correctly to avoid being rejected by the warehouses.
Enter your own Forwarding Address when you placed an order on the overseas shopping platform (Screenshot is the Taobao APP).
4. When seller shipped out your order, visit back to your shopping website
Locate the courier tracking code from the seller and copy it. (Screenshot is the Taobao APP)
5. Return to LumahGo
Click on “My Account”, then “Awaiting Arrival” under the Shipment column
6. Add Shipment order
Click and add the Sea or Air freight order according to your shipping address.
All items sent to the SEA freight warehouse must be added to the SEA freight column.
All items sent to the AIR freight warehouse must be added to the AIR freight column.
7. Fill in the order details
Choose the country you shopped at,
Fill in the details according to Lumahgo webpage. If you want to add more orders, you can click "Add".
When you finished filling in everything, make sure all the information are correct then click on "Submit".
You will receive an email when your items arrive at our warehouse. Click on "My Account" at the top right corner of the web page and click on "Shipping Center" to send out your items.
8. Create a shipping order
Tick the items you wish to send out together then click “Next”.
9. Generate parcel
Select the delivery method you want and enter the shipping address. LumahGo system will automatically calculate the shipping fee.
After you have successfully made the payment, you can sit back and relax for your items to arrive. ^__^
10. Check your parcel status
If you wish to check the status of your parcels, click on “My Account” and look under “My Parcel” column. You will be able to see the real-time status of your parcels!
